Is there a limit to how many participants I can have in a group call?
The maximum number of participants is limited by our partner's technology (we use Zoom).
They state the possibility to handle up to 1000 simultaneous connections. So it's plenty
enough.
How do participants access the group call on the scheduled date?
Participants receive a unique link via email after booking. They can use this link to join
the video call directly through their web browser at the scheduled time.
Can I see a list of all registered participants before the group call?
Yes, you have access to a participant list in your dashboard, allowing you to view and
manage registrations before the event. You can also copy all emails ready to be pasted into
any email client to send a message with or without attachments to participants.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a group event?
You can reschedule or cancel events through your dashboard while there are no participants
registered yet.
Can participants get recordings of the group calls?
Right now we don’t have such option. But in case you will start using tipcall.io and will
want it badly, we’ll add this certainly!
How can I promote my group calls to reach a wider audience?
Tipcall provides shareable event links and integrations with social media platforms to help
you promote your group calls effectively.
