How do I set up my availability for one-to-one calls?
You can easily set your availability by defining time slots in your Tipcall dashboard. You
can set available time slots as recurring weekly or set availability for individual days. If
you're going on vacation, it's easy - just add start and end dates and we'll make sure
you're not booked during your deserved rest!
Can I connect my existing calendars?
Tipcall seamlessly integrates with popular calendar services like Google Calendar and
Microsoft Outlook. This integration syncs your availability, prevents double-bookings, and
automatically adds confirmed Tipcall appointments to your connected calendar. You can easily
set up this feature in your Tipcall dashboard settings, ensuring your schedule is always
up-to-date across all platforms.
Can I offer different types of consultations with varying prices?
Yes, you can create multiple call types or "offers" with different durations and prices to
suit various consultation needs. Each offer has it’s unique link you can share with your
clients in email or in social networks.
What happens if a client doesn't show up for a scheduled call?
If client does not connect to call, payment is not refunded to the client. If client cancels
the call at least 12 hours before planned start or call is canceled by host before it starts
or host doesn’t show up to the call, client payment is refunded. Tipcall fee of 7% is not
refundable.
Can I use my own video conferencing software instead of Tipcall's platform?
Tipcall.io provides an integrated video platform for a seamless experience. We are backed by
Zoom.com technology which provides stability and security.
Are time zones handled for bookings?
Tipcall automatically detects and uses client’s local time zone when they book you,
preventing any confusion or missed appointments.
